The Creative Associates Program provides paid placements for early-career artists. Embedded within professional productions, Creative Associates gain first-hand insight into the process of making new work — from concept to opening night.

Working alongside established practitioners, participants develop practical skills, build networks and receive tailored mentorship to support their growth. The program champions new voices — in the rehearsal room while strengthening the ecology of the wider theatre sector.
